The order I placed with Division-1 in early January has never been shipped though my credit card was debited on 1/16. Do you know if the company is still in business? I have sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls to no avail. Also, I have written one letter.

Jared: As far as I can tell they're still in business.  I'll try contacting the person I know there (that sent us our unit to review) and see if I can get a response.

I e-mailed you a couple of weeks ago regarding my experience in making an on-line purchase for the Play-Pak 2 from Division-1.

I placed an order in early January and to date have not received the order even though my credit card was debited for $64.74.

Yesterday, I was in LA and went by 5230 Pacific Concourse Dr., Ste. 200 which is apparently where Division-1 conducted it's business. They are no longer there having vacated 3 weeks ago according to the receptionist. Their web site is still up and no doubt continuing to take orders. Marshall Crawford is the only name I have in connection with Division-1.

The word should go out that Division-1 is out of business and funds paid for product are not being returned to customers. I have contacted the LA Better Business Bureau and of course, contacted my bank. You might want to retract your product review.

Jared:  Given that they've totally moved out and that I was never able to reach them either, it appears that they are in fact out of business.  It's weird that no other websites have caught on to that fact yet.  A warning has been added to our review of the product.

As for your money, I really don't know what to tell you.  You can contact the credit card company and let them know that you never received your Play-Pak; a lot of times they'll refund your money if it's a case of fraud.

Please let us know how it turns out.
