"Absence
makes the heart grow fonder."
Well,
after a long, painful move I am finally in my brand-spankin’ new
home. I also have my beautiful, beautiful Internet back up and
running, so feel free to
drop me a line. My home address might
have changed, but my e-mail is still the same…
Q: I love the
Dreamcast version of Phantasy Star Online, even though I haven’t
played for 8 months. Are they planning on making a version of PSO
for PS2?
A: So far the
PS2 seems to be the only system not getting PSO, considering the
fact that it has been announced for the Xbox, Gamecube, and PC. I
doubt you’ll miss it very much seeing how Final Fantasy XI is
right around the corner, and should eclipse anything seen on
Phantasy Star Online.

Q: I hear
there is an awesome fight between Chris and Wesker at the end of
Resident Evil: Code Veronica. Some sites where I can download it
would be nice.
A:
Anyone else too lazy/frightened/cheap to complete CV on his or her
own can find the ending movie here.
Pick up the uncut original opening to the Playstation classic Resident
Evil while you're there, you won’t regret it.

Q: How do
you pronounce "SOCOM"?
A: SOCOM, as
in the weapon of choice of one Solid Snake and the title of the
killer new online team-based game due out this month, is
pronounced completely phonetically and should sound like
"so-com".

Someone wrote
and asked me how to beat Ramirez’s spiders in Headhunter for the
PS2. The trick to that boss encounter is to take control of a
spider and jump into the Safety Door until it opens. If done
correctly it should take no more than 5 spiders. You can control a
spider by pressing the game’s "select" button after a
spider is stunned. As for exactly how to stun a spider, or the
best strategy to us to complete that section, I’ll leave that up
to you to decide. Have fun!
